Great hotel and staff

The hotels location is the best in the area. Right at the tip of the water and 2 minute walk to restaurants, bars, stores, etc. Don't do the all inclusive unless your staying in the hotel without excursions and enjoy crappy food and generic beverages. It is overpriced and definitely not worth it. The choices were VERY limited, and none of them were Mexican food. Burgers, dogs, pizza, and other bland crap. The room was great, bed and pillows were better than most hotels I stay at. Almost all the hotel staff are fluent bilingual, which is convenient. The grounds are well kept and chairs are first come/serve. Wait staff are more abundant at the pool than the beach. They have large towels for free for the pool and beach. The AC was cold and needed.

Best ocean view & beach access.

From time of arrival until departure everyone was incredibly helpful. FREDDY at the check-in counter was wonderful! If you eat at the Aquamarina restaurant ask for SERGIO. He did an amazing job taking care of our family every single day for 7 days. He is kind and appreciated us as guests. (Please remember to tip your servers because they work hard). The hotel was very clean and tidy. The housekeeping staff kept our room spotless which is greatly appreciated when you are bringing in sand. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The only thing that was a slight minus in my opinion would be the showers. They are open so it took getting accustomed to not getting water everywhere on the floor but will not prevent us from staying there again. The view of the beach is amazing (worth the upgrade). Walking distance to pretty much everything. They do have the BEST access to the beach. Hotel security is everywhere so felt safe all the time.

Worst stay ever

I DON'T RECOMMEND IT, GO TO ANY OTHER HOTEL. Right at the check in with my sons (11 and 15) they charged me half percent extra (of what I originally paid) because according to them a 15 year old is an adult, but in my reservation I had let them know in advance the ages of the kids and they gave me the price and I paid willingly. They told me that the 15 year old had to pay more for each of the 2 nights we were staying there... Thank God I didn't reserve for more nights... A total robbery. Also the staff were extremely rude, intense and tacky. We were flying most of the day and were tired, that's the reason I agreed to pay, it was 10pm and didn't have time to go to a better hotel with nicer staff, avoid this hotel and any of the Krystal chain at all costs. They're absolutely unprofessional.

Muy buena estadía, en especial porque reservamos un día antes y nos aceptaron. Excelente servicio y muy bonito hotel. Cosas para mejorar sería el aire del cuarto que no enfriaba mucho y recepción que hay que estar formados mucho tiempo para hacer check in o check out. Fuera de eso disfrutamos mucho nuestra luna de miel y definitivamente volveremos con un mejor plan y con más tiempo para aprovechar el lujo de Krystal Cancún. Muy agradecidos por la botella de champagne que nos regalaron por nuestra recién boda.

Decent for the price of beach view non-inclusive

We stayed for 9 nights NON-INCLUSIVE. Hotel was clean, staff was super friendly, room/bed was comfortable. There was construction going on outside, which happened to be right outside our room. No mention of that on the website. That was a bit disappointing. the wifi was spotty and not the best but also not the worst. The beach/pool chairs are super uncomfortable. They do not sit up completely straight nor do they lay down completely flat. I found them uncomfortable. Because we were not ALL INCLUSIVE, we weren't given a bottle of water every day. We've stayed at other resorts non inclusive and bottled water was given once a day. For the price of the hotel, you would think they could spend $3 on a bottle of water each day. The hotel is located right on the "party zone" of cancun. Most nights it was quiet by 11pm, but on Thursday night the local night club music was blasting until 3am. But only on Thursday night. Housekeeping had inconsistencies with towels. Some days we would get two clean towels, but no face towel. One day we got one towel. No bathmat or towel to put on the floor every day and the floor was slippery when wet. Very inconsistent with what we were given for some reason. For the price I would stay here again as the beach view is fantastic, but I wouldn't rate it as a 5-star hotel.

청결부분이 너무 안좋아요 티비아래 탁자에는 씹던 껌이 붙어있었고 드라이기에는 먼지가 가득해서 단한번도 사용하지 않았습니다 씻을때마다 물에서 이상한 냄새가 나고 박당 10만원이여도 아까울거같은데 30만원이라니 투어때문에 가성비 숙소로 찾은곳인데 숙박후 너무 실망했습니다 남편은 여기묶기 시작한날부터 아침에 가래가 낀다고 하더군요 물온도 조절하기도 어렵고 샤워하느라 오래틀어두면 뜨거운물 조절부가 뜨거워져서 샤워후 물끄기도 어렵습니다 보통은 온 첫날 와인이나 다과등을 준비해둘텐데 둘째날 들어오니 갑자기 와인과 마카롱이있는것도 의문이였습니다 둘째날 투어후 귀가하니 수건이없어서 요청하려고 컨시어지,하우스키퍼,로비 모든곳에 전화를 해도 연결이 되지않습니다 시간을 두고 다시 전화를 걸어도 받지 않더군요 결국 직접내려가서 수건요청했구요 조식에선 머리카락이 나오고 그냥 모든것이 엉망이고 기분이 나빴습니다

Clean but expensive, needs a renovation.

Clean hotel with a great location, but rather overpriced for the condition of the rooms. Worn around the edges, old, soft saggy mattresses, scuffs and dents everywhere. Bathroom fixtures falling apart. In need of a renovation. You are paying for the location, not the condition of the room.

Perfect location, BUT....

The location could not have been better. Right on the beach, nice pool area, bars (quality of the drinks vary from very good to sh**t) and restaurants. Overall, the hotell is very good. View was stunning. Central location with easy access to stores, restaurants etc. The big BUT is from the neighbours. The 2 next door buildings are are beach (day) clubs, playing load music all day, so if you expect to sit on your balcony to enjoy time away from the sun, well... The 2 other neighbours are nigh clubs. They start to play music around 11 pm (stage on the beach). Some nights they play load music, other nights they play VERY LOAD music (Thursdays seems to be the worst), lasting until 0400 am. The extra sound insulation in the building helps against the next room, but does't stop the music. If you plan to go clubbing each night, this is perfect. If you want quiet evenings and nights, you should consider other hotels
