Very clean hotel! Friendly staff! We stayed in a suite with a sofa bed, which had sheets and extra blankets already in the room for it. Very nice stay!

Booked a room they didn’t have available for me. Got into a room TV didn’t work. Had to move me to another room no lotion or other things talked with manager. She was nice and accommodating. Told me my room wasn’t available that I had booked because I booked on a third-party and not there through them false advertisement of food that they sell or serve said they sold chicken, wings and burgers in which they do not they sell chicken chunks pretzel salad, both nights we stayed kids running up and down the halls all throughout the night and there was a sign posted saying quiet time from 8 PM to 6 AM in which was not enforced. I will not be recommended staying at this hotel nor will I stay at this hotel ever again. I am a member of Hyatt Regency. I am very disappointed. I have stayed at other Hyatt locations and never experienced this.

Horrible Experience

Checked in for two nights, and my reservation was abruptly canceled with no notification. Management did not clarify why my reservation was cancelled and we had to leave the property at 11:30pm! I will never stay at that property again.

Overall it was a very nice stay. The room was clean and comfortable. We did try to get food at the bar but were told It was closed because of understaffing. The staff were a little inattentive at the front counter. We will stay again.

Booked a room so that my 12 year old daughter could swim for her birthday. Prior to booking, I called to make sure pool was available. I was told it would be open so I booked the room. On the day of checking in, came down that evening and was told pool was closed and would open up Saturday morning. Well Saturday came and was told they were waiting on a contractor to come out to fix the pool. I booked this room just for the pool, so imagine my frustrations. They were not transparent with me and were only interested in getting me to book a room. I asked to be refunded based on misleading information but they stated their cancellation policy. That definitely didn’t fit my situation but there was nothing else I could do. Never staying there again and definitely won’t get any recommendations from me.

Overall very nice and I would stay here again. We had a couple issues (door handle was janky and the tv remote didn’t work and needed to be switched out) but the room was very spacious and comfy/clean. The pool however looked directly out of a low budget hotel. Heat was broken in the room itself so it was freezing when you got in or out of the pool, it was not clean around the pool (literally a pipe sticks out?!) and the towels were the size of a hand towel.. So if you’re going for the pool I’d say pass, but everything else was really good.
