There was no hot tub.. the rooms were not clean, there were things left in my dresser from a previous booking, hair in the bed and toilets, food stains on covers, dead and alive bugs on sinks and counters. Bad smells in certain areas

After 3 room changes of clogged toilets, ( guest should not be up at 3am plunging toilets, we are guest NOT plumbers ) room too stank to sleep in from old stained dirty disgusting carpet, heater not working and it’s 50 degrees outside. I’m from Miami and NOT use to that type of cold. Let’s not forget the dirty stained sheets with hair follicles all over them. VERY DISGUSTING made my stay very UNCOMFORTABLE ‼️

Estaba en condiciones buenas, sin embargo habían algunas cucarachas pequeñas en el baño y mesas de noche, la primera habitación asignada no tenía un buen sistema de calefacción, nos cambiaron a otra habitación, el personal fué bastante amable, no había agua disponible para poder beber a cualquier hora, solamente en el gimnasio, es cierto que era un precio asequible pero deberían mejorar en detalles importantes.

★☆☆☆☆ ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING – WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. The Country Inn & Suites in Georgia was an absolute disgrace. The first room they gave us was FILTHY—dirt behind the bed, floors dirty, hair everywhere. We switched rooms, and unbelievably, the next one was just as nasty. There were BUGS on the walls that my boyfriend had to kill. The whole place was dirty and had hair on it too. It was like no one cleaned anything. The entire place reeked of marijuana the whole time. The hallways were filthy. The bed sheets were stained, the towels were stained—completely unacceptable. And the TV didn’t even work. When we called the front desk, the best they could say was “unplug it and plug it back in.” Still nothing. So we had NO working TV our entire stay. We had nowhere else to go, and it was so disgusting we had to go out and BUY OUR OWN SHEETS just to feel remotely comfortable sleeping there. What a complete nightmare. I will NEVER stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

The staff was friendly and professional. Unfortunately the hallway was not clean there was garbage by the vending machines dirt marks on the floors. In the rooms the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag and duct tape, the mirror was taken off the door, the bedding was dirty (stains all over the blankets) the floor was sticky it was not safe for my health and well being. I moved two rooms and both with the same condition. The looks of this hotel is not what was advertised on Expedia very very disappointing and deceitful.

One of the two rooms booked wasn’t clean( trash not emptied, bed rumpled, light bulb missing). Both rooms were advertised as accessible but neither was, making it impossible for my 94 year old aunt to step over the side of the tub to access the shower. In the breakfast room, a mop and pail of water stood near the entrance where it had been when we arrived and still there for breakfast next day. No hot coffee and when I brought this to the attention of the desk clerk, he asked if I would like some. He made Decaf but didn’t check other pots.

The staff was all business, no greeting when you walked in. Was supposed to have nonsmoking room, it reeked of smoke! Didn’t feel or look that clean. Won’t be staying there again!

The lady Kathy at the front desk was super pleasant and nice. The room however, not so much. Dirty say the least. I had to ask for a broom to sweep so my kids could walk and crawl around on the floor. That wasn't a big deal to me but we dealt with it. Next was the holes in i. The cabinets all over. Terrible paint job and peeling everywhere. The worst part was the bugs. Roaches everywhere. We seen at least 10 of them. No telling how many we didn't see. TV didn't work at all either. Told man that was working checkouts and he didn't seem to care at all. Definitely would not recommend staying here. Pay the few extra dollars and get a room at the Comfort Inn next door.
