绝佳的住宿体验！！非常经典的殖民时期建筑，房间很大很舒服，服务特别周到热情，服务人员会尽力提供一切帮助。酒店位置略偏，在北德里，但是可以坐地铁出行，最近的地铁站是civil lines。酒店提供免费的地铁卡。

Vi havde den store fornøjelse at bo på Maidens Hotel, og det var en helt igennem fantastisk oplevelse. Hotellet er utrolig smukt – en historisk perle med en atmosfære, der på én gang føles elegant og varm. Det, der især gjorde opholdet mindeværdigt, var det utroligt servicemindede personale. De var ikke bare venlige og opmærksomme, men formåede at levere samme høje standard af service hver eneste dag. Den stabile og gennemførte kvalitet i deres arbejde gjorde, at jeg kunne slappe helt af og føle mig hjemme fra start til slut. Maden på hotellet fortjener også stor ros. Alt, hvad jeg smagte, var velsmagende og veltilberedt, og køkkenet var utrolig imødekommende, når det kom til at tilpasse retterne efter mine ønsker og behov. Det gjorde hele spiseoplevelsen endnu mere personlig og behagelig.

Wonderful hotel with fantastic staff

Loved our stay at this rustic Indian hotel, the staff were so helpful and felt like they really cared about guests enjoying their stay. Water was free flowing, the rooms were lovely and quiet and the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend, great location as well

Best hotel ever

I think this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Excellent service - all staff friendly and welcoming. Everywhere spotless. Beautiful pool. Lovely oasis in the city - quiet, surrounded by nature. Great food and drink. Amazing attention to detail and very quick room service.

A beautiful hotel. The staff are phenomenal, know you by name, and staff I’ve never spoken to knew of my allergy and took care to cater around it. We were upgraded on arrival (no reason given, maybe because it was Republic day, maybe because it was my birthday). The suites are fantastic - spacious, comfortable beds, and the housekeeper left us a gift of a coin purse (which I just now realise we left behind!). We had a series of unfortunate events while here, which the staff handled excellently. We had a leak in our room after the first night (AC issue). Immediately fixed and sincere apologies. Unfortunately they, or house keeping, didn’t pull the door fully shut and our room was not locked for the entirety of the day. A visit from both the head house keeper and the general manager to sincerely apologise, and a free meal provided. Unfortunately that free meal had its own disasters; my starter arrived on a dirty plate and my main was forgotten about entirely. You could see the staff were mortified, and did everything they could to improve my experience. I don’t say this to put anyone off, I firmly believe that the best way to know a business is to see how they respond when something goes wrong, not when everything goes right. And this hotel was exceptional. My only negative comment, the laundry is EXPENSIVE even by UK standards. I’m sad I wasn’t able to stay longer, as this was truly a great stay.

Unique experience !

It is a historic hotel where you feel the ambiance of the early 20th Century. The staff was extremely friendly and respectful despite the fact that I was absolutely not a high contribution customer. That's the mark of high class institutions. I advice customers to take profit of the huge swimming pool and the beautiful park which is a real oasis of nature within one of the biggest cities of the world.

Great stay at a lovely hotel

This really felt like a home away from home. The place is really beautiful and feels welcoming in New Delhi's hustle and bustle. Everyone from the chef at the restaurant to the housekeepers and doormen were all super accomodating to our needs. Just ask - and paradise awaits you.
