3 out of 3rd night..even had to message owner bc I felt like we were being targeted 3rd room..dirty again Pool dirty not filled Also breakfast each day was basically empty and we went early ..

Thid is my review for the 2nd night out of 3 . When I went to leave for the day the front desk clerk said the manager would like to speak to u and threatened I wouldn't get my deposit back n possibly kicking me out for the last night ..mind you I'm there with my 23 daughter, 4yr old daughter and my 2 yr old son .. In the 2 days I've been there, I've seen at least 4 ppl at that desk with issues with the 2 front desk clerks Each night I had a different room..all of them there was issue

The staff was rude , I had one reservation here for 2 adults and 2 children . I had another reservation at another hotel for 1 adult and 2 children. My eldest daughter came in so we all can get ready for a party and they threatened her saying she has 30 mins or she would be escorted out..they didn't ask any questions or why she was there just assumed and was very rude. Plus the room was in terrible condition..

Room was very clean and facilities up to date as well. Comfort level up to par and staff very courteous. Close proximity to restaurants, convenience stores and gas station.

Bathroom required cleaning, food from previous occupant on the floor, one hanger for all our clothes, couch is dirty -a sofa cover would make it appealing to sit on, office chair very used and titles back when you sat on it. Window did not open.

Was the worst experience, dirty room, stains on the bed sheets we dont know with what, towel bathroom with black hairs attached, clogged tub, smells weed at the corridors. Really, we paid two nights, and we running out after the first night My wife slept dressed to dont touch anything there. Never happened something like that to us. Before running out, my wife was at the front desk to complain, but nobody was there, amazing nightmare.

They will charge $50 to $100 as a "security deposit" then process as an actual charge 3 days later. The other reviews warned of this illegal practice so be VERY careful and reconsider this hotel.

Not a great place to stay. There is a strong smell in the hotel which is ensent. The breakfast is supposed to be healthy as they say at the counter but there was only waffles, cheap pastries and sweet and jam.. nothing healthy here. Big lack of protein. The building is poorly maintained. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone to go.

Not recommended for unexperienced or faint hearted travelers. After waiting for over one hour to be picked up at the airport, the van driver called me asking to wait for him at the departures level, in an area other than the one designated for the courtesy vans. Once at the agreed spot, an old and unmarked minivan driven by a weird young guy shows up claiming to be the hotel shuttle. Due to the fatigue of a long trip and the late night hour, I took the risk and boarded that empty car alone. On the 20+ minutes drive to the hotel, the van leaves the highway at a certain point and enters a desert dark road in the woods with nothing but closed warehouses and abandoned commercial areas. After long minutes of fear and apprehension, I could finally see the sign in the distance the sign of a gas station and the hotel logo right behind. Even for a seasoned traveler, this was one of those rare opportunities where I really feared for my safety. Staff ok but overall experience was very poor.

Le falta muchísimo mantenimiento y la limpieza es deficiente. Cómo perdí un artículo personal moví algunos muebles para buscarlo y encontré de todo !! Los cajones estaban muy sucios, vinieron muy amables a limpiar , pero después mi ropa quedó oliendo a limpiador, Le falta mucho mantenimiento a los baños, paredes, el desayuno es deficiente , no funciona la máquina de hacer hotcakes , la de waffles con mucho trabajo , detienen el elevador, el último día ni huevo nos ofrecieron. La limpieza no la hacen a menos que la solicites. Escogimos ese hotel por la cercanía por el aeropuerto, pero no lo recomiendo.

90 minute wait at airport trying to connect with staff at hotel desk for transportation to hotel, ie: didn't answer phone. Housekeeping failed to clean room daily , and / or ask what was needed ( towels , etc )
