Hotel was beautiful. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Did not get to enjoy the pool and hot tub as we had hoped, but our weekend plans were busy and the time did not work out. Would definitely stay there again to check that out. The only part that was not excellent was that they did not have a decent shower chair. My husband is an anmputee, and cannot stand up in the shower. The sweet woman at the desk tried really hard to find something for us. She did find an old shower chair that the legs we’re not adjustable on, and we made it work - although it was wobbly - and I was very appreciative, but they should definitely look into having shower chairs accessible for just such occasions.

Hotels common areas were very clean with the exception of the pool area. On Saturday evening the pool area and lots of towels laying all over the floor with pooled up water on the sides. Granted the pool are was very overcrowded and never saw staff except to bring in more requested towels.

Clean, comfortable, loved the walk in shower and, couldn't believe it, but the shower gel was great. Best thing was the location. Several restaurant options in walking distance or 5min driving distance. Beautiful shopping plaza where you could spend all your money! My only complaint is the name. Drury is so hard to pronounce. Can we just call it Dru Suites! Great stay. I'll be back.

This was my second tine staying here and it's my preferred hotel in the area. The rooms are always clean, the staff helpful, and the amenities top notch. However, one of the elevators was out on my last stay (3 nights) and the hotel was pretty full, so it took longer than usual to call the one working elevator. But a minor inconvenience overall.

Called early in the day to confirm reservations and ask for adjoining rooms. Arrived at check-in time and was half-way through check in before they happened to mention that the pool had been closed for "maintenance" and they didn't know when it would re-open. We had booked for rooms for a meet-up of cousins and had quite a few kids excited to spend time together swimming in the pool. I can understand having an issue requiring the pool to be closed, but waiting until we were almost checked in to tell us is unacceptable, especially after having called in twice earlier in the day. On top of that, they denied our request to cancel our reservation through hotels.com, even though we went directly to another hotel and paid for rooms there.

Primary reason we stayed here was for the pool and hot tub. When we arrived around 800 pm, there were over 50 people in the pool and 25 in the hot tub alone (which shouldn't even hold half of that). Kids were out of control, jumping, running, diving, and it was absolute chaos. No hotel employees anywhere. It was clear people are getting in without keys and were not even guests of the hotel. Hotel hallway floors were incredibly messy and dirty. The hotel was loud, late into the night. Kids running hallways and screaming, slamming doors, etc. Highly disappointed. Free breakfast in the morning was also a complete mess. Empty fridges, food scattered everywhere, trash cans overflowing, empty serving dishes, and no available tables to sit at. I will NEVER stay at a Drury Inn again if this is an example of how they are managed. The icing on the cake, remember the reason we picked this, I took the kids down to swim in the morning and the pool was closed. The front desk said it won't open until 3pm, if at all.

It’s cool for a Monday- Thursday stay. Once you hit Friday through Sunday it’s down hill! My husband and I was there from Thursday to Sunday. On Friday when that weekend check in started the elevator broke so one elevator the entire stay. I would never do their upper room s because of the elevator issue. On the other note I loved the amenities like the breakfast was decent and the kick back was really great too. The staff was helpful but also caught one cursing like a sailor about how they also need to shut the place down. It was okay but done know if I’ll be back to this location.
