I will start with check inn to start with they couldn’t find my booking of 3 rooms but when they did they had them all together. Rooms are of an average size not suitable if disabled. Water in room kettle fruit tea no coffee so bring ya own.Beds was comfortable the rooms are rush clean everyday and bed sort of made or shall we say quilt pulled over so much so after being out all day you can still see where my head left the pillow that morning, but was cleaned. The staff at the reception was fantastic especially with helping my elderly father to order some food as they don’t have a restaurant that serves food in the evening.. well done.. Morning breakfast well what can one say if you are Asian you will be fine. There is hardly any cereal to eat .. eggs and bacon cooked well in advance so get cold and greasy.. also there is about 20 croissants in the morning so unless you get there at 06.30 forget it we was there for 4 days and two days they had none. Also your hot drinks go into metal tea cups something like you would get in a prison ( no sorry you get better in prison) and if they run out which they do every day you are told to put ya hot drink in a glass not exceptable.. No fruit juice but coke or lemonade Area if you are visiting Disneyland perfectly situated roughly 20 minutes away in there Courtney bus. There is also a shopping centre about 10 minute average walk away the same as the train line which was easy to navigate around on. And need an eSIM to communicate

Staff weren't helpful in communication. We had no airport shuttle upon arriving. We had the room service phone put down on us, due to language barrier which then wasn't followed up with an in person conversation or someone else calling back. Partial English labels/vegetarian food options for breakfast. Definitely oversold and underdelivered.

This is a smoking hotel

This is not a non smoking hotel. If you have asthma or any other life threatening aversion to cigarette smoke- you will have someone smoking in the hallway next to your room. You will wake up choking and coughing from smoke. Please heed my warning- hotels.com refuses to refund the 2 nights i did not stay here because i had to check out warly in the morning after one night of nearly needing to go to the emergency room due to cigarette smoke. They have ashtrays in the hallways and yet call this hotel non smoking, then they say they cant control what the guests do. I will no longer be using hotels.com or expedia because they refuse to refund me "because the hotel said non refundable". Apparently my health doesnt matter.
