This place is an excellent deal for what you get. So nice to have a private terrace and a spacious bedroom with kitchen and bathroom. The sofa bed was actually very nice for our son. Everything was extremely clean and in excellent condition!! Will come back!

Wonderfully located apartment.

A wonderfully located service apartment in a safe area, very close to the city centre, subway and lots of restaurants. The apartments are well appointed with all the necessary appliances. The only issue is that the front door is unassuming and easy to miss.

Overall - Excellent!!!!

Amazing stay at this hotel. They think of everything and you can see this the moment you enter the unit. The staff are always available via a phone call 24/7 after office hours or via WhatsApp during office hours. Location was excellent and close to everything. Would definitely come back and stay here next time I am in Madrid!

Great apartment for the area

Check in was easy and all done by key codes. The place was clean and had all the amenities such as stove, full refrigerator, and washing machine for long stays. Bed was decent and big enough for two people. A little walk to city center, about 20 minutes, but wasn't too bad at all. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. Would stay here again.

The stay was excellent. This property is very centrally located. There are 2 baggage storage near the property. I suggested them that if they can have couple of welcome water bottles that will be great, but other than that everything was awesome. Our apartment had access to roof terrace (pics added). Highly recommended.

The location was great for seeing a non-touristy part of the city. The room was very small, but it had everything we needed and you don't go for big in Europe. I had an accident while at the apartment and the company couldn't have been any nicer. I would definitely recommend it for folks wanting to get away from the high tourist areas and see some real Madrid.

Great Stay, Great Location.

My wife and I were in Madrid for the last five days of a six week vacation through several European countries. Each of our hotels booked through Hotels.com were carefully researched and great weight was put on reviews. This was a nice apartment in a great neighborhood and close to everything we needed on our stay. Metro station four minute walk away, two grocery stores next to each other a block and a half away. We were within 10-15 minute walk to all the nice shopping area, beautiful downtown historical buildings and lovely parks and the best Tapas restaurant (Entre' Santos) in Madrid a block away. The unit we had was on the top floor (third floor). It was the perfect size for two and would have still been comfortable for a family of four. Fully equipped kitchen, dish washer, washing machine, refrigerator and freezer, kettle, oven, microwave. Fully stocked utensils and cooking pots and pans. Lovely good sized balcony and sitting area off the living room and bedroom. Clean working bathroom and walk-in shower. Everything was clean and communication with the property management was top notch. Highly recommended if looking for a clean, comfy and safe accommodations in Madrid.

Todo muy bien! Llegamos y estaba muy limpio todo, la ubicación es excelente y las condiciones de todo en el piso es muy bueno. Me hubiera gustado que nos dejaran más de 1 rollo de papel de baño y que se hiciera la limpieza diario pues nunca la hicieron. Pero todo lo demás excelente, si la recomiendo mucho.

The apartment and neighborhood were nice, but the lack of a front desk was a huge downside. We couldn’t check in early, even though we arrived just one hour before check-in, and it was clear they’d only done a rushed cleaning. The elevator was a nightmare, stopping between floors so we had to haul bags up and down stairs, while housekeeping cluttered the hall with huge bags and equipment, making it hard to move. Worst of all, another unit’s alarm went off around 6 p.m. and, with no staff available after hours, it blared for over four hours into the night. Overall, a frustrating stay — I wouldn’t recommend it.

A wonderfully and tastefully renovated apartment. Able to walk everywhere but close to transport and uber. Delightful neighbourhood with ability to cook and also enjoy local cafes/restaurants. L’appartamento è molto carino e fornito di tutto: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, tostapane, macchina per caffè americano, etc anche se sempre buio perché ha delle finestre (non balconi) che affacciano non ho capito bene dove. Zona molto ben servita di tutto e posizione perfetta per muoversi nel centro di Madrid a piedi. Tutto bene finché il piano sopra il nostro ha avuto una perdita importante e ci siamo trovati il bagno completamente allagato. Nessuno ci ha avvertito, nessuno ha fatto niente, nonostante diverse ore prima gli inquilini del piano sotto al nostro avessero avvertito la proprietà della perdita (per arrivare 2 piani sotto, immaginate cosa c’era da noi) Abbiamo fatto la scoperta verso le 22 e sono rimasta in attesa fino all’una di notte per riceve assistenza. L’unica cosa che hanno fatto è stato darmi un secchio ed uno straccio per asciugare il bagno allagato. L’acqua filtrava dai faretti quindi anche molto pericoloso. Si sono scusati ma di fatto se ne sono lavati le mani. Occhio perché lo scaldabagno elettrico si scarica facilmente e non sempre c’è l’acqua calda. Non hanno dove lasciare i bagagli dopo il check in quindi bisogna pagare a parte un locker nelle vicinanze.
