The room was Okay for the price. Very dated. Very old heating and air. Our view was the cement building. Tv is old and matress was rock hard. You can hear everything going on in the hallway and every door shut. Overall, for one night's stay, it was not terrible. The gentlemen working at the front desk were super nice. I would not recommend or stay there again.

Hotel is disgusting. Place is not safe at all. I had someone jiggle my handle twice very aggressively. I would not recommend to anyone. Stay somewhere else. I checked out a day early to stay at the Marriott because I did not feel safe.

Check in was the worst process I’ve ever had trying to check in anywhere. The only one card reader crashed and the worker had no idea how to try to amend it so I could check in and apparently manager didn’t answer the phone to give the worker guidance. So after 40-45 minutes of standing at the counter she finally figured it out after unplugging it and plugging it back in. Breakfast was pretty good, rooms are very old. My thermostat wouldn’t do anything but blow heat and the balcony door wouldn’t open to allow any outside air in to cool it off some. Decent hotel for the price, but spend the extra money and stay elsewhere.

Room high up with a most lovely view. Excellent location for multiple events attended and also close to public transport. Delicious buffer breakfast. Staff is incredible! Professional, courteous, helpful with giving directions and ensuring room was clean. Will definitely stay again ~ !

Th reception lady was very helpful but the room advertisement was misleading. The ad said 2 queen beds, whereas the room had only 2 double beds. The breakfast had decent spread and everyone was courteous. Management should not post false advertisement. Location is best thing about the place. Walking distance to Georgia Awuarim and World of Coca Cola.

This is a perfectly placed hotel. It is convenient to the downtown area (walking distance) and has parking. The building needs a cosmetic update, but the rooms are clean and smell fresh (not musty or smoky). The front desk attendants are outstanding. Shay checked me in and offered helpful advice throughout my stay. She looked after my safety and welfare and responded quickly and completely to all of my questions. You cannot beat the price for this location and I would stay here again.
