I was very impressed by the Omni. Great views from the room and very clean. The pool area is relaxing with a huge tv screen and bar (open on weekends I believe). Everything you need is at the hotel as the lobby is attached to a mall that has many food options. The only thing I would add is another hook for towels in the bathrooms and make sure you get to the pool early as the lounge chairs fill up on weekends. All in all though it was a lovely stay and already thinking about booking again!

The Omni Charlotte may be the most efficient hotel we have visited! From check in / valet to the pool experience to staff surrounding the desk and rooms. Everyone was extra friendly and extra helpful! We broke a glass in our room and I couldnt find which room the housekeeper was servicing at the time. A staff member delivering lunch took care of me. Just 1 example of them asking what was needed and taking ownership to take care of their guest. Our room was spacious and our stay was fantastic!
