Rooms were spacious. Inner room was nice and quiet. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast had a very nice variety of cold and hot foods. Full bar was a nice surprise! Lots of paces to eat walking distance. They could have provided more info re: parking as there was construction and hard to figure out where to go. Also whatever they use to clean rugs had a strong smell.

Overall we were happy with our stay but there were areas for improvement. We appreciated our two king suite, as it was nice for us parents to have a separate room to ourselves and the bed was comfy. The kids took the room that opened to the lobby area and complained about sleeping issues due to some noise at night (crying kids and lots of laughing) and a very hard mattress. I took a star off because the pool was closed with no prior notice, and we chose this hotel so the kids could swim. The pool appeared to be running when we looked but was locked up (although they stated it was closed for renovations, I did not see any apparent renovations taking place and after reading other reviews, it seems the pool has been closed for a bit). The breakfast was delicious, but I did not like being questioned the second morning about the breakfast vouchers since I had already handed them to the man about 2 minutes prior to that. Great location to get to a bus stop (Bus 320) into NYC which was the big draw for our stay. Easy parking in the garage next to the hotel and we appreciated the free parking. Easy checkout- handed in the keys and left. Thanks!

Great Spot-Friendly Staff

Our stay was only one night but it was a nice hotel. The room was large and clean. The hotel was clean with friendly staff. The breakfast was good. The location was great for us....right across from the bus stop to go into NYC. Very easy to get around. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
