Excellent hotel in the heart of the city.

The hotel is situated right in the heart of the historical centre, stepping out of the door to so many excellent places to eat and attraction's. The atmosphere outside the hotel was amazing and a real experience. Inside the hotel was modern and clean. Above all our room was tucked away overlooking a beautiful garden and very tranquil. Hard to believe your in the middle of everything. Our hosts answered all our questions and were very helpful. Guaranteed a peaceful night sleep. When I return to Naples I will definitely stay here again.

Small, basic BnB; poor, unreliable service

Note this is a very small property on the 4th floor of an apartment building that appears to only be staffed during business hours. The room was nice enough and clean. Location great right in the old city. There is a nice terrace overlooking the city. I think for the price you should consider a normal hotel. Don't expect any service. We had a problem with a 4:20AM taxi reservation to go to airport. Agreement was the taxi would be there at 4:20 and we'd get a text. We were in the street waiting at 4:15. No taxi. No text until 4:38 and the taxi did not show up until 4:50. Driver said he had been told 5:00AM. The hotel staff had blasé, defensive attitude about the mix up: first said we were not in the street waiting for the taxi (we were). Then said we should have called them (we did, they did not answer until 15 minutes later). Never apologized. Again, for the price, I recommend you choose a professional establishment.

Super séjour !

Un lieu à découvrir sans hésiter ! Dans le cœur du centre historique, tout en étant au calme ! L’accueil est extraordinaire avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. De bons conseils donnés à l’arrivée permettent d’optimiser le séjour ainsi que des adresses de restaurants typiques et peu onéreux ! Les chambres sont spacieuses avec tout le confort nécessaire : literie et oreillers top, salle de bain spacieuse avec une douche à jets massants. Minibar (payant) et machine NESPRESSO et bouilloire à disposition Notre chambre bénéficiait d’un balcon donnant sur des jardins. Très calme ! Au pied du relais, il y a une station de taxi. Très pratique !

We stayed one night in Naples before our flight out. The area is very inner city urban feeling. The service was amazing, room was clean and there are restaurants and bars all around. It’s an interesting location within the building but our stay was great! Get the pizza across the street!

Et dejligt sted, ligger i selve hjertet af Napoli, men godt gemt på 4 sal (elevator) i en gård fra “gademusik”. Stor, rummelig, moderne indrettet værelse. Stedet har en flot terrasse på taget af bygning hvor man kan nyde panorama over byen (desværre var jacuzzi på taget ikke i brug under vores ophold). Receptionist Max, altid glad, smilende og klar til at hjælpe og svare på alle spørgsmål. Alt i alt et dejligt ophold, kommer sikkert igen.

This hotel is located on the 4th floor of an older building in a very busy, noisy neighborhood. Nevertheless, it is convenient and there are numerous restaurants nearby. The lobby, rooms and bathrooms are quite nice and at a 5 star level. But the building is old, the elevator is old and tiny. The highlight is the rooftop terrace which was terrific!
