The customer service was great, holiday weekends are very busy and the staff did a great job in checking us in and helping with an extended check out, due to my mother that is in her over 90 years old using a wheel chair and needing extra time. Check in and out staff along with house keeping service Grade A. Nice pool and boardwalk out to the boats and marina area. This was are second stay at the Palms and plan to come back

I loved the space in the room.. it was clean and had a good design.. the beds were clean but not as comfortable for us older folks. It was not on the beachfront but was very quiet.

The Palm Suites is in need of refurbishment. The bathroom was poorly finished and the overall degree of finish in the room was not good. There was no reasonably comfortable chair and very little room other than the beds. The location was good and the pool and attached boardwalk and deck were nice. I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

We went on our honeymoon to stay there. My wife sat on a balcony and they yelled at her for just having a picture taken on the balcony. The pool was a little dirty. Like most hotels that at least tidy up a little bit, or even make your bed... Don't expect that here.. Barely enough toilet paper in staying only two days. Barely enough shampoo and conditioner. The remote control battery was dead. So we watched TV on my own personal laptop. Very few garbage cans in the room. Having a sore back from the bed due to the bed being uncomfortable. I would expect a better hotel for this price. No breakfast besides coffee.

The manager hid Easter eggs around the property for the kids. Fun watching the older kids help after they searched around as well. Nice people run this place. Very clean and functional. I’ll use again the next time I’m in Atlantic Beach for an over night stay.

Actually pretty nice and quiet . I probably should have opted for higher floor but the view was still amazing! Enjoyed the scenery the short walk to the beach and the food stand i will be back

Each room is owned by a different person. I’ve stayed in a really nice room before, but this time I was in a less nice room. There were cracks in the walls and ceilings, dirt in the bathroom and the bed was uncomfortable and squeaky.
