Shuttle to and from was great. Check in was smooth. My first night was tough, and I would’ve given this hotel 3 stars if it wasn’t for the overnight guest service attendant Stephanie. She wasn’t immediately able to rectify the issue but got someone to come first thing in the morning. Then they had me switch rooms and gave me a breakfast voucher. Stephanie was great and I’m thankful for her taking care of my room issue. Rooms were very clean. Food was average in flavor.
