From the moment I arrived, I could tell the Residence Inn Windsor staff was exceptional! I was greeted warmly, accommodated entirely and the rooms were big and spacious. Further, I had cleaning service every day! A hidden jewel of a hotel 5 minutes away from Bradley Airport. I'll definitely stay there again.

Dumpsters are picked up at 1:30 am. Don’t except a room near the dumpsters if you want to sleep. There are no dressers with drawers so if you’re planning a long stay with a bit of clothing you can use the oversized bathroom vanity which works ok. Unless you get stuck in an ADA room where the venity is removed. The ADA rooms are terrible storage and make using the kitchen much less convenient. It could be a nice place but needs an interior redesign to make it better functional as an extended stay option. There are other residents inns in the Hartford area with better convenience as an extended stay option.

The room was very spacious, with a separate downstairs master suite and upstairs loft bedroom/bath. The staff was very accommodating to any need we had and checked on us throughout our stay. Our only "complaint" was that the breakfast was either soggy or hars but they did have a wide selection. We would definitely stay again with our family.
