The property was very nice and we loved the pool, hot tub and views of the water. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants, Publix and short walk to the beach. The only complaint was that we asked several times each day for additional towels at the pool and these were never provided despite our repeated requests.

On the website, you had listed a rooftop bar, and also a restaurant called Vibes, this is why we booked, because everything at the resort. When we arrived, we wanted to enjoy a cocktail, we were told the rooftop, and restaurant had closed after the hurricane. For the pricing, I believe the resort/hotel may be over rated. The pool was lovely, and we were close to the beaches. I’m not sure why there is a $30 per day resort fee when we were paying to stay there, just a suite and pool, no bar/restaurant. Mildly disappointed!

The view was incredible and the space of the Presedential Suite was nice. The interior quality was lacking, like the sliding bathroom not secure, and the worst of all was even one person could not take a totally hot quick shower and everyone else took a cold one. Not wonderful for the cost.

Pool was not heated or if it was it was set extremely low. Day one of our trip, service was great no problem checking in or getting extra pillows. Day two of our trip we asked multiple times for towels and blankets over the phone and at the front desk. They never got delivered. We are “usuals” here and the service this visit seemed particularly lacking.

Condo in good condition and location. Very good toiletries amenities. AC filter very old with dead bugs. I request and got changed on checkin night when I cane in with odors. Washer and Dryer(I rent 3B3B) very dirty. Bebrooms have no dresser, nightstands only fit the lamps ontop of it. Sofar/couch very hard uncomfortable and dirty. I paid total 2500 for 4 nights

Wonderful accommodations!! Unit #506 was spacious, comfortable and immaculate. Fully equipped kitchen w/full size appliances including washer/dryer. Dining/living rm area was spacious and comfortable. The wrap around balcony view of the bay and boat dock was fabulous!!! Beds were clean, comfortable and the extended balcony view unbeatable. Breakfast on our balcony each morning was so relaxing. Kudos to the staff who were always friendly and knowledgeable. Shout out to George and Lauren for their hospitality and cheerful attitudes. We will definitely be back, LOVE this place!!

Nice property for a family or intimate get away. They also have nice 3 bedroom suites perfect for wedding situations. My wife and I had our wedding here on the beautiful rooftop. The staff was nice and welcoming. We had a party of 60.

The property was ok the room held alot of water all of are stuff was wet the beds and stuff was molded the pool and hot tube was dirty the staff was nice the manager able was amazing but the one guy he said he was a supervisor was just awful and very unkind and he messed up to of are reservations its was so bad. I will jot be sating there again. And its terrible, because we stay there every year in september or october.For a family vacation, but not anymore.
