I really don’t like to talk bad about businesses. I know most are doing the best they can. The room was clean and beds pretty comfortable.
The workers at the desk couldn’t be bothered to help me at check in. One kept her headphones on watching something on her phone. The other attendant just pointed to a screen with totals on it.
In the morning our room had no hot water. It was 6 am so it wasn’t because it ran out. I went to the front desk to ask if there was a problem. One worker was asleep the other had their headphones on watching their phone. It took them a while to see me. They took one half of the headphones off and stared at me. I asked if there was a problem with the hot water. The other woke up and went to a maintenance room. We never got hot water. When we checked out, no apologies for no hot water, no offer to take a little off the price, nothing. I wasn’t looking for a discount, but some acknowledgment would have been basic customer service.
Summary, the room was not bad, but customer service, at least on this visit, was terrible.
