I don’t even know where to start! Let me start with checking in, the employee was sleeping. Next parking, I had a what I could assume was a woman on drugs by my car. The gamble whether my car would still be there in the morning was present. The cleanliness was awful, stains, dirty mop bucket water, doors left opened, smell of weed (no smoking property), the room was not swept or mopped. Basic hygiene of the property was a zero. The elevator had stains which you could draw your own conclusion as to what it was. The room was not completely left to “normal” hotel status. The bed wasn’t made, the microwave has caked on yellow food. I contacted hotels.com they asked me what I wanted them to do about the situation, I told them a credit or full refund. I was disappointed that customer service didn’t truly empathize with the problems of this property. The stock photos are a complete lie/misleading. In short, I would not recommend the Red Lion Inn.
