The lobby receptionists and the hotel’s internal staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. In contrast, there was quite a noticeable difference in attitude compared to the staff at the hotel shuttle point (parking area).
If you are not renting a car, I would recommend booking the hotel’s tour packages directly. The shuttle point is some distance from Wadi Rum village (about a 20-minute drive), and the transfer from the shuttle point(parking area) to the hotel itself takes around 15 minutes. By booking the hotel’s tours, you can better coordinate your schedule with the main attractions and the stargazing activities, while also reducing the time spent traveling back and forth between the hotel, shuttle point, and other locations.
The hotel facilities themselves are quite good. However, due to maintenance and environmental factors, the property does not appear as new or as pristine as it does in the photos. Overall, though, the hotel is still in good condition.

The jaccuzzi was fun, but wasn't rung l running and needed repair
Overall it's a great place to stay but management needs to refurb the facilties to be able to consider it worth the money..

Amazing location
Amazing location, nice staff and great accommodation to take advantage of where you are.
It isn’t 4 star but you are in the desert and we found the accommodation comfortable and food ok, but main thing was location and night skies were stunning

Great property to explore the magical desert and Wadi rum. You feel you are out of this universe being disconnected from the world and enjoying the pink sands and mountains. Food was delicious and the hospitality is amazing.

Will stay here again!
Loved this hotel and are already planning our hotel. The jacuzzi and rain forest showers were fabulous, and obviously the gorgeous views everywhere, day and night. Our family loved the jeep tour too. 10/10 recommend!
