Great Location, Very Clean and Spacious

Very clean, updated rooms. Great location quick walk to central train station and metro lines for exploring the city. Also a short walk to the port to take a day trip via one of the hydrofoils. Staff is super helpful and friendly excellent hospitality.

A good stay

Our stay at Gallery Suite Naples was delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who provided good service throughout our visit. They went above and beyond by sharing great tips on scenic routes to explore and recommending local restaurants, which truly enhanced our experience. The room itself was comfortable and nicely appointed, offering a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. The only downside was the road outside, which could be a bit loud. All in all, it was a very good stay, and we would recommend Gallery Suite Naples to anyone looking for friendly service and a comfortable base to explore the city.

Overall is good, if you are arriving late it would be little bit difficult to check in cause the building is not owned by the hotel but the staff are very friendly and so nice and helpful

Very Nice

We enjoyed our stay. Very great communication with owner. Only 10 minute walk from train station. The city of Naples isn’t the cleanest but never felt unsafe. Enjoyed our time. Would recommend.

The hotel is lovely, new, clean. Staff are so kind and wonderful, they let us check in earlier than we had advised and were very considerate to our needs. Hotel is super clean, new, well looked after. The building has a very old lift (over 100 years old) and needs 20 euro cents - something to keep in mind if you have a lot of bags - have some change on you. Local area is fine, not great, but very close to Napoli Centrale station!

The property itself was awesome!! I loved that you get a nice modern hotel feel, but in a historic building that was just beautiful!! The staff was very kind and helped to get me checked in and make sure I didn't have any questions. The only downside is no option for a late checkout or a place to stay, which is a bit of a bummer when there are storms.

The property itself was really nice. Upgraded rooms, comfortable beds, in room AC, and quiet. Vincenzo was very helpful and friendly even with the language barrier. Overall great stay. Located within walking distance of the train station as well as the historical part of Naples.

This property was great for the short stay we had in Naples. Unfortunately Naples wasn’t what we were expecting and the conditions outside the hotel were very dirty and unkept. There were large piles of trash all over the sidewalk and everyone aside from the staff at the suits were very rude to tourists. We found it very difficult to find any place for breakfast in the area, even a quick sandwich was hard to come by, and we quickly realized that not all restaurants are open all days of the week like they are in Rome and Florence. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating and shared some great recommendations however the spots they shared were very busy and without being able to make a reservation we weren’t able to take them in. We also had an issue with the room across the hall flooding due to the Jacuzzi in their room and woke up at midnight to large quantities of water in the hall and in our room. Luckily we noticed before the water reached any of our belongings but we ended up nocking on other guests doors to figure out where the water originated to ensure it was shut off. With a guest house like this you don’t have management onsite which makes dealing with these issues more difficult as we felt it was our responsibility to ensure our own belongings didn’t end up getting water damage and had to wake up other guests. With someone onsite it would have been much easier to ensure this didn’t take place from the beginning.
