Best staff & best room of the trip!

This has been my favorite lodging of our two-week trip to Italy! The staff is incredibly kind, proactive, helpful, and knowledgeable—the best we have had in Italy. The suite we booked was large, modern, clean, and had an amazing jacuzzi large enough for two. It also had two large smart TVs. They also gave us a delicious bottle of wine. Everything was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely stay- definitely recommend!

Very clean, large gorgeous room with a balcony. I loved the free coffee in the reception, and the lady in charge was reachable by WhatsApp at any time, and was super friendly and helpful! Super accommodating looking after our luggage, giving us tips on exploring Napoli, and providing water each day. Great location, 10 minutes from the main train station, and 5 minutes from the nearest metro. Would absolutely recommend!

Great Location, Very Clean and Spacious

Very clean, updated rooms. Great location quick walk to central train station and metro lines for exploring the city. Also a short walk to the port to take a day trip via one of the hydrofoils. Staff is super helpful and friendly excellent hospitality.

Staff was SO kind and friendly. I arrived at the property around 5 pm and the host was there to greet me. She showed me around my room and sent me a guide for Naples. Very promptly answers too. I thought the room was very quiet, I didn’t hear a lot of hustle anf bustle from the city. The balcony was my favorite part, it has an amazing view. There is so much nearby that is walkable or by train. I am a female and I solo traveled.. I thought the location was very safe and I felt comfortable.

A good stay

Our stay at Gallery Suite Naples was delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who provided good service throughout our visit. They went above and beyond by sharing great tips on scenic routes to explore and recommending local restaurants, which truly enhanced our experience. The room itself was comfortable and nicely appointed, offering a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. The only downside was the road outside, which could be a bit loud. All in all, it was a very good stay, and we would recommend Gallery Suite Naples to anyone looking for friendly service and a comfortable base to explore the city.

Very Nice

We enjoyed our stay. Very great communication with owner. Only 10 minute walk from train station. The city of Naples isn’t the cleanest but never felt unsafe. Enjoyed our time. Would recommend.
