This hotel is old, dingy and dirty. From the moment you step into the hotel there is a distinct smell of mustiness. We were tired, so I took a chance and we headed up to our room. The treading of the carpet was worn, but again I overlooked it. However, when we got to the room and the loud hum of the air conditioner met us at the door, the paint was chipped everywhere, and you simply didn't want to touch anything in the space. The shower stall was gross and moldy, the sofas were soiled, old and coming apart. The images that they show in the photos are of another hotel residence or when they first built the hotel many moons ago. However, don't be fooled by these photos. This hotel needs a complete gut renovation. Not a great experience and I'm usually one to find something good. I made a joke with the desk attendant when I first arrived and said "I hope you gave me the best room in the house", and she responded, "Well, you've already signed the paperwork, so..." and she drifted off as if to say, well you're locked in now. We wasted no time contacting my credit card, snapping photos of the space and immediately checked out. You know it's bad when you don't even know where you're going to go in the middle of the night, but you know you can't stay there, but we checked out anyway.

My state was horrible. First room was 304 the door door Was open. The second room I went to was Room 429. The heater and the room showed 84° but it was blowing cold air so I took that key back. I told him I need about a run so they gave me room 402 which was a suite the room was dirty, bodily fluids all over the walls. The carpet was horrible. I couldn’t get the TV in the bedroom to work said no signal when I was leaving out for a doctors appointment I asked about breakfast. He said all breakfast doesn’t start until 7 AM on the website. It’s from 6 to 9. I have pictures. I had to get some laundry detergent and some extra washcloths to wash the walls because it looks so nasty. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The entire hotel was nasty and dirty. The floor is trash. The Mexicans were in their dorm renovations. They never mentioned that on the website, the pictures of the rooms don’t look like nothing on the website. I’m gonna file a claim to get my money back. The guys doing the work look like they were patrons of the hotel. He was cutting drywall without safety glasses his female helper didn’t have on the proper safety gear on. I have photos of the room that I can share

Doing a major snow storm there was a lack of parking lot maintenance. In other word they did not clear the parking lot. Hotel guest had to borrow a shovel and clear the snow to leave the parking lot after checkout. We stayed prior to our cruise and boarding time was delayed. The hotel did not make accommodations for us due to our delay. .

Disappointing Experience – Not Accommodating at All We stayed here before our cruise, but when our ship was delayed by a day, the hotel was completely unaccommodating. Despite the circumstances being beyond our control, the staff made no effort to help with alternative plans or offer any flexibility. To make matters worse, the parking lot was never plowed after a snowstorm. Guests were out there shoveling and pushing cars just to get out — it felt very unorganized and poorly managed. For the price and the reputation, we expected much better service and support. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially if you’re traveling in winter or need any assistance with changing plans.

Even a bad hotel i give a 3 star but this was deplorable. I dont even know where to begin. From trash cans in the hallway to dirty towels to hair in the shower. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.
