They claimed they had no reservation even though I have the receipt. so I had to pay twice. This is as much Expedia’s fault as it is the properties for not properly vetting their vendors. I’m pursuing a refund and maybe more if Expedia doesn’t deal with this promptly. This is clearly a scam.
