Great experience this weekend at the AC Marriott Hotel! We were welcomed by staff with friendly smiles and always asking if we needed any help or services. They helped me with the parking garage and just super kind whenever I had a question. I would recommend staying here, especially if want to be near to The Star as we wanted! We will be back! Hidden parking fees
Room and service was fine. But didn’t appreciate the hidden 23 dollar parking fee and no breakfast offered for the price.

Arrived to check in at the correct check in time, rooms were not ready, waited 3 hours before we could check in to all 3 rooms. Will not stay here again

Valet saved the day
We chose this hotel for its pet friendly policy. And we were fine with signing the pet policy that just about every hotel with this amenity seems to have.
But the front desk staff were not well trained for this and the young man checking us in did so in a pretty hostile and condescending way, as if we couldn’t or wouldn’t sign the form and consent to the additional fees for each night. I guess his bad day was contagious because the young woman who worked for the hotel that was nearby at the desk never looked up from her phone and was scrolling on socials and even rolled her eyes at some point in the conversation.
The snacks in the shop were healthier than most, and I appreciated the opportunity. The buffet was a lot of money for not much and the person working that area was acting strangely and by that it seems like they were maybe on drugs or had missed a scheduled dose of very necessary drugs. Sorry I know that vague and judgy.
We were the only people there and it took 30 minutes to get 4 scrambled eggs and meats we said we didn’t want. Just confusing, and maybe language was more of a barrier than we realized.
I don’t know if this was a newly opened hotel or a recently revamped property, but the only guy who seemed to want to be there at all was the valet, who was friendly and helpful.
