I was asked to leave my car keys with the hotel staff because their parking area is very small for a hotel of that size. During this time, my rental vehicle was damaged by a member of the hotel staff. I have CCTV footage of the incident, as well as a signed incident report from the hotel. They initially promised to cover the cost of the damage within 3–4 days. However, it has now been over two weeks, and instead of compensating me, they have only been providing excuses and delaying the payment.

It is customary in Albania to smoke in every corner. In the hotel smoking from the lobby floor goes up to the rooms and it's just unbearable. It's hard to breathe. The clothes stinked, even in the room.

The room was clean and welcoming, and the bed was amazing! The mini bar is well stocked. There was a kettle, etc, for hot drinks, but only tea? There was a bit of a glitch when we went to book in; our rooms were not ready, and I felt that the receptionist wasn't very engaging. She told us it would be about 10 - 15 mins, 1 hour later, we were still waiting with no real apology. Although I will say that she apologised at checkout then.

Nice hotel, good location but lacking in basics

The hotel was in a good location and the room was comfortable and clean with a balcony. However, although there was a kettle, no coffee was provided. The breakfast had a great variety but, on both mornings of our stay, the 'hot" choices such as egg, bacon and sausage were cold!
