Daughters wedding

We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding. I stayed in the Nantucket, my daughter and her fiancé/husband stayed in the Martha’s Vineyard and my father was in Bourne. Phil was the perfect host. He was so accommodating and the atmosphere was quintessential Cape Cod. I would definitely return!

Great place to stay if you get tickets to Eden Hand Arts. Nice pool, breakfast/lunch restaurant across the street and goats. Good size refrigerator in the room, and I was able to work using the wifi.

Excellent stay. Everything you could want in a Cape Cod vacation. Beautiful pool, close to the beach, lovely breakfast, fire pit for s'mores, and even on site GOATS! The owners are great and super accommodating. Will be back!

Cute and a bit dated

The place smelled very clean upon our arrival and was gernally quiet overall. We stayed during inclement weather so it’s hard to say what the atmosphere would be like if it were nice. The goats were adorable in the back. Wall outlets need placement -couldn’t hold our plugs for anything in the room (bathroom one did luckily) so that was a bit challenging. The shower is a stand up small stall style and if you’re taller than 6’ you’ll need to crouch. Some room updates could be done. Continental breakfast was available, but they were out of the main option of overnight oats upon our arrival at 8:00 so get there early. Overall it was fine for sleeping and we have enjoyed our time on the cape.

So much to love. Phil was the best host ever. Tasteful decor in the room, and eco-friendly amenities in the bathroom. Delicious, real food for breakfast. And it even has goats! We've been coming to the Cape forever and this was the best place we've ever stayed. Hope to be back soon.

The property was overall good. Not being American, I found that the price was high compared with the quality of the facilities. But I understand that in the US the properties tend to be old. Ah, one day the trash was not picked up, but perhaps I should have done it. Again, overall a good property and very nice staff.

Perfect spot for travel with little ones

Sesuit house was recommended by a friend, and as someone who doesn’t typically stay in a “motel style” hotel- what a pleasant surprise! Staff was great, allowed for early check-in and provided little things we asked for. The property is really cute and well maintained. Perfect for littles with yard games, soccer nets, pool and even some goats! Continental was available in customized picnic baskets. Nice fire pit with adirondacks to hang out in the evening. Will return for sure!

Easy check-in process without having to go to a desk. Very nice amenities and comfort. The hotel is old with low ceilings and small bathroom. A/C unit is noisy but worked very well.

We booked one night as we had family staying near by and wanted to visit. We are already planning our return trip! We checked in early to spend the day at a local beach. The ownerbwas so welcoming providing not only directions for multiple beaches bit offered us a ride to the closest local one! After a day at the beach we jumped in the pool before getting ready for dinner. The pool, room, shower and surrounding property are immaculate and well maintained. There are seating areas, lawn games and other areas for guest use, including picnic table and grill. If you plan a trip to Dennis or surrounding area I would defintly reccommend staying here, we are sp glad we did!

Incredible Stay!

I really enjoyed Sesuit Harbor House. I was pleasantly surprised with our stay - so many thoughtful touches! The pool, fire pit and resident goats, made it a really fun experience, great location as well. I hope to stay here next time I'm in town!
