Not again -
Room wasn’t very clean, Wi-Fi is the slowest Wi-Fi I’ve ever encountered in a hotel. Call the front desk to talk about it and the dude argues with me, Wi-Fi works fine. I had to tell him, you have a different Wi-Fi there than what we have in the rooms, you were on the Baymont lobby Wi-Fi, we are a different set up. I said come back here and try it and he said no And argued with me about how the Wi-Fi works. It must be me and I told him no it’s it’s not me. I’ve tried multiple devices and it’s the same thing. Some customer service.
