The hotel is located in a very convenient location. Moreover, you can stay there easily without meeting anyone. Belen at the hotel was a very kind and helpful person. She explained the hotel in detail in advance via What's Up. Thank you very much. I was worried at first, but the system was simple and I was able to stay comfortably. The hotel staff was very kind, so I could call the hotel directly if I had any questions during my stay.

Property manager was helpful via WhatsApp. The property is well located but you’re in a busy area and it’s very loud at night, difficult to have slept. Air conditioning not efficient for summer heat but the rooms are big and modern.

Located just a stone throw away from the Spanish steps, so very central. The hotel itself is self-check-in, which could be confusing for some. However every inside is fresh and well-maintained. Highly recommend this place!

The room we stayed in wasn’t bad at all. But unfortunately we had problems with the AC unit and there was a horrendous smell coming from the bathroom. The shower is extremely tiny, almost impossible to be in. I will say that the staff is accommodating on answering WhatsApp quite promptly. Although it did seem that they were annoyed that I would be asking questions.

But our air conditioning was super weak and it was very warm in our room, we had ants in the bathroom, the refrigerator radiated heat and when I asked to have it turned off and our air fixed nothing was done. Amazing spacious room with separate close off possibility of twin bed area. Very modern, with use of a common kitchen area, this place is in the midst of the Spanish Steps area and Via Condotti shopping street. You couldn’t get a better location! All sights are nearby. Stay here and you're within steps of the Spanish Steps and the main shopping district. Extremely walkable distance to all the attractions. There's a small elevator in the building so that you don't have to lug all your luggage up stairs. Room was clean and the host will message you all the codes you need to get into the doors.

Loved our stay here due to its convenience in Rome! You step out of the building and you are 30 seconds away from the liveliness of the Spanish Steps. I will say if you do decide to stay here make sure to understand how to get into the building prior to getting here. They will make you pay the city tax and then they will send directions on how to get in and out of the rooms. If you are coming international like me, internet speeds can suck in certain areas. Overall though the rooms were clean, beds comfortable and host was always available. If you are used to people doing all the work for you like a hotel in the USA this spot is not for you. If you are going to be using your place as base camp with everything you will pretty much need this will suitable.
