There were loud parties all night on the balcony and my car windshield was broken the next morning.

I was so scared to stay there. The door was broken at the bottom and no real locks. The bedding was nasty with burn hole, the floor was nasty black the room smelled horrible. There was a man shooting in his car in the hotel parking lot...people were living in the rooms and the mist scariest part was there was a 2 men watching us. It was the worst place ever

Worse place I’ve ever not checked in!!!

We tried to check in and the person behind the desk was fighting with a person in maintenance. There were a lot of sketchy people around that had no place to go at 730 at night so I left and found another place to stay!

Came into a dirty room, no towels, 1 pillow, holes in the walls, tv didn't work, bathtub was stained with some sort of black substance... The room was not not in a good condition at all, i will never stay there again.

where do I begin? The check in was slow and confusing for the staff. Once I arrived in the room 220 I discovered there was no remote control for the TV but yet the TV was on. I called the front desk and asked for a remote control for the TV. The staff said I would have to wait until 5:00pm until another staff member came into work. The second thing the shower was not cleaned I was able to rub off left over dirt with my finger. You would think during covid-19 the staff would ensure every room was completely sanitized. After I braved the dirty shower I discovered the twoles were stained and dirty. At that point I went down to the lobby to inform the staff of the rooms condition. The staff was rude and accused me of lying stating there cleaning staff cleaned every room witch was untrue. Then the desk staff stated that I should check out and I should find another hotel instead of fixing the issue. At that point I had worked a 16 hour day and I had to return to work in just 61/2 hours so I did not have time to find another room nor was I in any condition to drive 62 miles home so I slept in the dirty room in fear if I drove home I would be involved in a traffic accident. I am dissatisfied with the staff and highly dissatisfied of there treatment of me. I do not recommend the Victorville location to anyone. I wish I would have taken pictures I had no Idea you could upload them to this site. I will never stay there again. they have forever lost my business.

Hands down the shadiest motel I've ever stayed at and I've seen a lot. It was so bad that I left after about 15 minutes after seeing all the crackheads and homeless people littering the property. I didn't even care that it was non-refundable. Do NOT stay here.

Woukdnt visit again.

It took about 10 minutes to get the woman at the front desk to even look up my reservation i already paid for since they were booked. Room wasnt very clean (bedsheets, some of the bathroom, ext). Some of the stares going to the 3rd floor dont feel cery stable. I wont go back there.

DO NOT STAY HERE ! Very dirty, parking lot and lobby was disgusting. Very sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot. Showed up to check in a 7pm and found out they gave away my prepaid room. Had to find a different hotel to stay at.

horror story!

So I book the room on line I drive to the hotel and it’s sold out according to the person at hotel which was very rude and was worried about getting off the clock. She gave me a number and said to call she couldn’t do anything. I called the number and waited in a dark parking lot for almost 1 hour until I was given a different hotel that was farther. I got to the new hotel and again had to wait . Finally I was checked in only to see that this hotel was old and dirty. They charged a $50 deposit for accidentals which I’m still waiting to be refunded

So whenI got there they didn’t have my reservation reserved so they were going to put me in a handicap room and it didn’t seem like they were very efficient or they weren’t cleaning their rooms as I could see a couple of the rooms were very very dirty with this corona going on not a good thing

Pass on this place if you can.

Inquired about getting my room early, was told not until 1500. Waited 3 hours by front door. At 1500 it took 59 min to get me registered. Was so tired I just collapsed on the bed. Nonstop noise all night, finally decided to just get up and hit the road at midnight. Wanted to take a shower to wake me up but there were no towels.

I couldn't get anyone to help at all

The place had no towles rags an when i came to just get a little rest about 230 i could not shower cold water so i went to let them know and i could not getvany help NO one came out I stood there waiting for awhile ringing bell also could not even get wifi i left with nothing could not even get my money to leave customer service is VERY IMPORTANT an thr only thing i got was to tell hotel. Com and let them know so i could get a refund or another night for inconvenience and it was . The lady said she would give a refund but she could not because it was a 3rd party . I have been with hotel .com for years and this is the first time i was very disappointed an felt i got took for my money

Horrifyingly Disgusting!

So bad. Had been going there for 20 years with the family for a nice quick weekend getaway. Was there two months ago and it was still OK. What the Hell happened? Filthy rooms(we tried two before we left), sketchy people hanging around outside, cockroaches, filthy bathtubs, no remote in one room, and batteries stolen from remote in the second we tried. Also didn't feel safe at all. On top of that the AC didn't work. We just left disgusted and went to a nicer place. Never again. Steer clear.

Don’t bother staying here

I don’t recommend this hotel it’s in horrible conditions and prepaid this hotel in advance and when I was given my room went to it and someone else was in that room . The lady at the front desk did everything she could I believe her name was Debbie it wasn’t her fault but this place is not a good place to stay
