Plusses: Excellent location right off I95. Very helpful staff. Easy to make reservation and very good pricing. Attractive small swimming pool for patrons. Fairly quiet surroundings. Negatives: extra fee for having a pet; older buildings and rooms in need of freshening up, including better secured curtain rods, properly leveled refrigerator which was also missing the door to the freezer compartment; the central grassy area for dog walking needed mowing. Satisfactory for location and price.
