Great for families

Great place to stay for families! Hotel is a little dated but still clean. Waterpark was crowded in evening and older teens/adults were playing rough with no consideration of young children. The morning hours were much better. Pool opens at 8am and was less crowded and more enjoyable. Take your own towels for the pool. Hotels provides towels at pool but they are tiny and you can’t take from pool area. No elevator so it’s a hike if you’re in second floor.

Poor customer service

When I was checking in the lady was very rude and basically said that anyone who was not staying in the hotel room was not allowed on the premises and had to leave. So only my daughter from out of town and her boys were allowed to stay we couldn’t visit with them at all.

Disappointed at best

Staying on 2nd floor and loaded up a cart to transport all of our luggage only to be told there was NO elevator?? We had to carry all of our stuff up 2 flights back n forth! The splash park was the size of a normal hotel pool area if not smaller and absolutely NO room to accommodate all the guests that were "swimming" with no break in cowdedness the entire time the pool was open. The family hot tub was murky...yuck. A paper was given to us stating that check out was promptly at 11a and if found in your room after that you'd be charged a $75 fee. Close by restaurants that all closed by 8pm. "Game room" was just that...a room with about 8 games and air hockey table that barely worked. This room wasn't crowded but everything was at least $1 or more to play & no tickets/ prizes.

Fun indoor water park and decent breakfast

Overall a nice hotel. It was awesome to be swimming inside in a heated pool while it was 5 degrees outside. Breakfast was kind of simple. But meet our needs. Only complaint is that the room could've been a little cleaner.

Horrible

The beds are broken down to actual people craters in the beds and they are hard. They also gave my room that i booked to someone else and i checked in at 430. Bcheckin time is actually 4pm so they couldve waited for us since we paid for the room. Hotels.con said we would get a rdfund. Im waiting for it. The waterpark was a really ni e suprise

Unsafe pool practices

Hotel was extremely overcrowded. I took my granddaughter & family and left immediately. I am shocked that the armed police officer in the lobby alllowed so many people in the pool area. It was a definite safety issue. The pool area is small and there were well over 60 children in and around the pool in addition to adults. This was the first thing we saw when we entered the hotel so we didn’t even check in. The two receptionist working allowed this and knew the pool was overcrowded since they were handing out wristbands required to enter the pool area. This was a first experience visit & last.

Excellent getaway for family!

We had a great experience from start to finish! Staff was friendly and helpful, the waterpark was clean, comfortable and fun and the arcade was a nice little extra! Breakfast was great and our grandkids can’t wait to go back!
