Do not recommend

Pros: Ample storage for clothes for a long weekend.The bed was squeaky but comfortable. The size of the bathroom vanity was sufficient for two people to put their things down. Conned: Feeling deceived from the photos. Not a four star hotel by any means. The lobby is detached from the main area so you have to walk outside to get back inside and around the building to access an elevator to take you to your room. The fitness area is also another building separate from the main building not attached to the hotel. Some parts of the hotel were new but cheaply renovated. For example our bathroom door didn’t close. What was once a standard door with a hinge door was replaced with a sliding door that had about a 1 1/2 inch gap that you can see, here and smell everything from. What good is a bathroom door if it doesn’t close? Zero privacy. The toilet paper holder broke within the first 24 hours of being there. Hot water in the sink took about 15 minutes of running water to obtain. It was a frat party on both sides of our room and I don’t think there was insulation. The floor outside of our room was made of concrete making it sound like a parade every time someone walked down the hallway.The breakfast was anything you can get out of a can… No fresh food whatsoever except apples daily. No fresh hot coffee in the lobby. Internet was terrible and spotty is an understatement. When we asked about it, they said they were gonna wait for maintenance to reset the router but he said he forgot.

They told me the room was ready and gave me the key. Once I got to the door room service was still cleaning the room and wasn’t going to be ready for another 2 hours. The bathroom shower only had a curtain. Not so useful floor got really wet and I almost slip and fell. Bathroom was not safe with all the water.

It’s ok

Not terrible, but not great. Old with some updates. This is a motel, not a hotel. Walls are paper thin, we could hear everything and everyone. Rooms are small, plugs are limited (no usb ports), bathroom was not clean. Beds were good and the blanket on them was very comfy, I’d totally buy one if I could. Lol! Walk to Broadway was easy. All Staff was super nice! I did not eat breakfast or use any of the other accommodations. I wish there would have been a do not disturb sign to put on the door for housekeeping. It was ok for 2 nights.

Good trip overall

Good location - i was unaware there was no hotel parking. You can either park in a parking garage for 45 a night or pay for valet parking at the hotel for 30 a night. All the employees were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable

Erik, the valet, was super helpful. He was informative and accurate with his information. He's a real asset to the hotel. People should be aware that the elevator is not accessed from the hotel lobby, and the rooms are accessed from the outside. These are not desirable features.

Great location just outside downtown Nashville, in walking distance to Broadway. Only complaint which is not the hotels fault, our room was a corner room against the outside and the room was very cold due to the aggressive wind and overall temperature outside.
