Down right gross hotel unless you don’t mind roaches and dirty floor sink that makes the area flood water. I asked for another room. They said they was out of rooms, but there was eight open rooms around my area and I told him that but they still will not give me another room so please save your money and get a different hotel because this hotel lets people live there month-to-month and if you are a traveling family, you do not want to stay here. It is not friendly at all.

The room and bed sheets still smelled like smoke in a non-smoking room and there were stains in the tub. Check-in was helpful because we got there around 11:30pm and could still check-in. Though we could have breakfast but they had none.

The rooms were in really bad shape. The lamps didn’t work. It had a smell to it.. and granite it was cheap and we only spent a night so we can go to a concert. But the A/C was broken (the room was very hot) and the fridge did not work.. the tv and stuff worked I did do my annual checkup I do at any hotels so there wasn’t any bugs.. but the place was a little dirty… the covers had burns, the floors were stained, and the toilet was very very wobbly and I’m kind of a big girl so that was scary thought I had broke it but my boyfriend used the bathroom before I do and said it was like that. I booked it from a website and the website said it was nice. But……. Yea… so yes it was cheap… but the lady up front was super super nice and warned me abt how the rooms aren’t good. So… but I had already booked it and she let us in a room early.. would not go back.. def not worth it… unless you’ve already spent a crap ton on a concert lol. I don’t have any photos :( not worth the stay. But the staff is very nice. The picture is definitely not the place. Me and my boyfriend made a joke saying how it might be pictures of the hotel next to it considering the one next to this one was nicer by far just by looking at the curtains and lobby area. This please I wouldn’t go back to. And it would’ve been great to know there was a $30 fee just to go in. Def not worth a $30 deposit. And they say “you won’t get it back if the place is messed up” everything needs to be replaced. Won’t come back.

There wasnt a bar. Their wasn't a microwave or a fridge or a coffee pot. Zero toilet paper or Kleenex. The room was disgusting, the floor was nasty. There were roaches and other bugs. The door lock was barely functioning. The bathroom was stained and gross. The toilet seat and toilet moved. Absolute joke and embarrassing to have to pay for that.

The listing said there was a breakfast, fridge and microwave. I expected some condition issues based on price, not to be lied to. They didn't even provide coffee - let alone a muffin & fruit! It doesn't matter what I paid -- I should receive the promised goods. I would have even paid slightly more for a place where we didn't have to leave the property for morning essentials. Hotels.com has not returned, nor acknowledged, my request regarding the issue.

Honestly, the room was very nice and clean. It had a few cosmetic issues like the battery cover on the remote was missing. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom need replaced and there was wear and tear on the dresser. Butt …. with that being said, the room was immaculately clean. The mattress was super comfortable. The linens were nice and clean. The heater worked even in subzero temperatures. The shower unit was very clean. The tiles and grout work was very nice in the bathroom. They even supplied plastic cups, shampoo, conditioner, plenty of towel, towels, washcloths, hand towels. I stayed at a different hotel a block down the road the next night and paid three times the amount and had less amenities. Definitely worth staying at this property again and the staff was very nice.
