The staff is very friendly and offer luggage services. The AC works amazing in the hotel rooms and small fridge is available. Laundry services are also provided.

Hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk from the station. The room was clean and perfect for our trip. The hotel does not service the room during your stay but they provide new towels and are able to clean your trash everyday. The area surrounding the hotel is dōtonbori so there are plenty of dining options near the hotel. Hotel area is very walkable but also near the nightlife scene so if you do not mind it, then the hotel is a great stay.
