I wanted to write this to hotel ziggy on day one but decided against this as I was not planning on finding another room and packing up after dilly dallying from 1pm until check in at 3pm … if my trip was longer I woulda exited immediately:

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback regarding my recent stay, in hopes it will help improve the experience for future guests.
1 Cleanliness Concern: I noticed a large stain on the mirror next to the bed, which appeared to be biological in nature. I took a photo for documentation. I attempted to inform the front desk staff as I was leaving for an event, but they were assisting others at the time. I did notify an admin staff member upon my return.
2 TV Remote Issue: The volume button on the TV remote did not function properly. While a staff member came by to assist for 20 mins, the issue wasn’t resolved, as the remote itself simply needed replacement or reset which I learned to do on ChatGPT after the tech man left. Please note the booger was spotted after he left 😓
3 Bathroom Amenities: The pump dispensers for both the soap and the lotion were not working. Additionally, the lotion had an unusual texture that seemed off. (I went to Gelman’s and purchased soap & lotion)
