Room in disrepair, paint peeled off in several places, floor molding not attached for a long stretch. Hairs in the sink, hotel hallway smelled like marijuana, bugs, stained sheets. I checked out early because I couldn’t tolerate the conditions. I reported the conditions to the front desk and contacted hotels.com. The front desk could not be reached by phone. The reservation line did not reflect my early checkout.
The customer service of the hotel generated a complaint to reflect early departure for refund of remaining days.
My review has been rejected three times in 24 hours and I suspect it may have been because it included information that I wish hotel.com did more to help me. If it is rejected again, this will confirm my thoughts…my review did not have the common reasons (personal information, profanity, rate or room # information). If it is rejected again, please tell me why.
