I reserved two identical rooms, but my experience was far from what was advertised or expected.
Room Discrepancies and Maintenance Issues:
Unequal Room Sizes: Despite booking two of the same room type, one was significantly smaller than the other. This disparity caused frustration and discomfort for me and my guest.
Missing Amenities: The smaller room had no full-length mirror, which was especially inconvenient. I had to purchase one myself during the stay. Additional issues included:
The shower shelf was broken.
A light fixture in the bathroom did not work.
The in-room Bluetooth speaker/radio was nonfunctional.
In the larger room, the toilet stopped working entirely, and despite multiple calls, hotel engineering never responded.
I reported these issues to the hotel during my stay, and they assured me someone from engineering would address them—but no one ever showed up. I also spoke with the front desk regarding compensation or a room adjustment, but they claimed they were unable to offer any refund or accommodation because I booked through Hotels.com.
