Functional but well worn

Stayed one night in April 2025, bed was comfortable, heat worked and area is pretty quiet. TV did not have remote in room, and replacement from front desk did not work. Staff is very friendly and helpful, but seem short staffed. Paint on walls, elevator car, etc is all dented, scuffed, worn down. There was a sign saying renovations are starting soon.

It’s New York

Outstanding staff. Kind,considerate and accommodating. The manager (dont know how to spell her name), Oosha (spelling?) Daniel and Alesha. There are others that i don’t know their names including the lovely ladies of housekeeping. All were wonderful to me. Good continental breakfast, nice room provided everything I needed. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

Location served well for my needs this weekend. I had to check in early and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. No problems. A small issue with TV remote and they took care of it immediately. I will come back if I need to be in this area again.

Room was very convenient for handicap person noticed as we arrived. Room had only one drinking cup and one wash cloth when we arrived. Took two attempts to get another wash cloth.

My stay was weather related . The staff were good and took care of problems efficiently. My only complaint is the start of breakfast. I wish it was earlier. Some of us check leave before 630 in the morning

The hotel is in need of some repairs. The door locks did not feel very new and modern. They were very old and quirky. The room itself was fairly comfortable, but the overall appearance of the hotel left some things to be desired

This property was disgusting. I guess you get what you pay for. The staff was certainly friendly and helpful, but the dfacilities were in bad condition. The elevator glitches and took 5 minutes to come to the third floor to get back down. I eventually had to press the up button the call it. Then, on the elevator, the light/button for the third floor does not work. It took me there, but it was inconvenient. The water in the shower NEVER got hot. It felt like maybe 75 degrees.
