When I checked in, the lady was unwelcoming and seemed annoyed. I got the top floor like I asked, but when I got off the elevator, I immediately could hear loud noise coming from 1 hotel room. It ended up being the hotel room right next to mine. I got into the room and I could still here the noise through the walls. At one point, I called down to the front desk and the lady said would let them know and hung up on me. She didnt do anything cause the noise never changed and it only got louder. When I walked into the room, the floors were filthy and I had to wear my flip flops the whole time. The bathroom had a huge chunk of glass on the floor, under the sink. The tub filled with water while the drain was fully open when I was taking a quick shower. The bed and pillows were ok. The breakfast was ok, not great.

Work on customer service and procedures

I arrived from Florida to the hotel at noon. The girl behind the desk said that I could not check in yet. Okay, fine but I am going to my son’s graduation in Rosemont so I would like to keep the car here and I will be back late. She said no problem. During the graduation I received a call from the hotel asking if I still want the room: Really?? I already was there and and told you that I would be late getting back. Not very good customer service. The girl should have noted that I was already here and that the room was not ready and that I would be checking in late. Other then being disturbed during the graduation ceremony, the stay was good.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!

After getting the room key, I went to my room and turned the a/c on and it was very noisy at low/high speeds. Inside the vent, the a/ c unit is very dirty. I went back downstairs and check with the receptionist to see if he had another room and he said there were no more rooms available. He didn’t even offer to get the a/c checked out or fixed. Only told us to return the room and the hotel will refund our money fully. I waited for a week and still got charged. I called to ask for refund and they told me to email to hotel manager. However, they gave me wrong email address. I need my money back.

Long weekend

This hotel is showing its age. The TV reception was spotty and would constantly cut out. There was no housekeeping during our stay. Our keys had to be reset every night. The breakfast items were good and provided a nice assortment to enjoy.

Disappointed

The hotel felt dated and poorly maintained. There was a noticeable odor of marijuana throughout, and unfortunately, the overall atmosphere—including some of the guests—reflected that. Despite requesting a quiet room, we were placed next to the elevators, where we experienced constant noise from doors slamming late into the night and again early in the morning. This was one of our most disappointing stays, and I would not recommend this hotel. Additionally, the surrounding area did not feel particularly safe or welcoming.

Business trip - hotel was great for a short stay the breakfast included and free parking plus free WiFi were great - Chicago can be expensive for parking a car so I needed this perk. Close to restaurants and highways also. Would like to see complimentary water bottles in the rooms, however, as had to ask reception for these overall. Good for my neeeds

The best thing was breakfast

Wow, this was a Best Western Plus. The place needs updating. The carpeting had spots and looked old and dated. They need to rip out the carpeting and put flooring in. No water offered in the one vending machine. The heater/ac blew air between the curtain and window. Couldn't keep the curtain open. I put the wastebasket in front the the curtain so that the air would blow into the room. The faucets dripped in the bathtub. The room was clean and beds were firm. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I only stayed overnight so i didn't see or use the pool. The breakfast offered a variety of the normal options. The hotel needs a lot of updates.
