The room was not cleaned at all there was two left over bra's in the bathroom drawer dirty mind you,the water to take a bath the diverter was broken and only the shower water ran as I am handicapped so I had to sit in a hard tub until the water finally filled the tub the breakfast in the morning was sub par and very little to choose from! the drink station was out of order so no juice the milk was sour they have dogs running around in the hallways which smells really bad I might sound like a disgruntled customer but I have stayed here before and never had a problem that is why I am in shock of the deplorable condition I will not recommend this hotel to a raccoon save your money there is so many other hotels near by for a better price and much cleaner happy travels and I hope you read this before you waist your money 💰

Auf der Couch ekelige Flecken, Der Teopich schmutzig, das Bett durchgelegen. Die Wände sind sehr dünn - man hört Morgens die Wecker der anderen Gäste. Frühstück: Kein Platz, bei uns waren Eier, Milch, Käse leer - es dauert ewig bis aufgefüllt ist. Wir sind gerne in Hampton Inn - aber dieses muss dringend erneuert werden.

Had issues with the toilet clogging. Had to go to the front desk to pick up a plunger. They made us do it ourselves. No maintenance personnel to do it for us.

We were staying there for our anniversary. We had stayed there several times before. In fact we stayed there on one of our very first trips together. We were really looking forward to staying there again. However this time we were very disappointed. We didn’t get the same room we had stayed in. There was a terrible smell in the hallway leading to our room which smelled like dirty diapers. The heater in our room didn’t heat the entire room so bathroom was cold. There was wax caked on table.The Chaise lounger chair was obviously stained and hadn’t been cleaned. The furniture was uncomfortable and put in an area where you couldn’t ev see the TV. We ended up moving the furniture just so we could see the TV. The TV was smaller than what we were used to, and not adjustable so we couldn’t really watch TV in bed. Breakfast options weren’t anything to write home about. We ended up going out for breakfast every day because of this. it was obvious they were doing some renovations. I encourage them to reach out to their customers for input on what they would like to see. The TVs need to be bigger and need to be adjustable. The furniture needs to be comfortable and set up in a way that you can actually see the TV. The furniture needs to be comfortable and cleaned regularly. The breakfast options really need to be better . Coffee needs to be better. Mattresses and pillows need to be more comfortable, and the heating system needs to be able to heat the entire room, including the bathroom..

I booked a 3 night stay for my husband and I, having not had a getaway without children in 21 years. So, not an expensive trip, to be sure, but it was supposed to be special. It was definitively not special. This motel was in a state of disrepair unlike any hotel I’d ever seen. Not only was this the worst Hampton Inn I’d ever stayed in, I believe it was the worst hotel I’d ever stayed at. Just awful. Dirty, dingy, wallpaper coming off in many places, caulking falling off and moldy in spots as well, the entrance to the hotel was so unkempt as to appear as though it hadn’t been so much as swept in a long time. Just very uninviting. Once in our room, which was small for a typical Hampton Inn, we had to call the front desk for basics such as wastebaskets, ice buckets, tv channel guide, and more. The hot tub was broken one of the days, and when it was working again, the tub was slimy and water was very cloudy. It also wasn’t even “hot”, and cooled off quickly. Our room was never cleaned during our stay, the mattress was lumpy and deeply in need of a replacement. On top of all this, I had used my rewards credit to pay for this disaster, which had accumulated to $179.00. Although in no way at all do I hold Hotels.com responsible for our experience, I am heartbroken to have lost my rewards credits on this disastrous experience.

Convenient location,moderately priced,breakfast included.relatively quiet.Has pool and hot tub.Hot tub was more like a warm tub,and was only working two out of four days that we stayed.(Important for people like me with back issues)I would stay there again if I was in Portland.

The hotel was run down and dirty. Bathroom floor clearly not mopped, dirt around fridge, clear things had not been dusted. Hall floors were in need of sweeping. Rooms along hall had trash bags outside the door, bedding outside the door. It was a real shame. I will say common area for breakfast was clean.

Wallpaper falling off bathroom, tile in bathroom falling off. Room smelled of stale smoke. Coffee in reception area cold each time we attempted to have a cup. The hot tub on the first night worked but full of staffs children the next day the hot tub was broken. Breakfast is another area that needs improvement the eggs looked like over easy unfortunately the yoke were black and so hard we were unable to even cut with a knife.

Over priced for an average room. The lobby had a few homeless inside, asleep at the tables. Their carts parked by the front door, not what I would expect to see in a Hilton owned property. The pool was full of unsupervised noisy children at 1030pm, hot tub was like warm and full of hair. Rooms were clean, very basic.

It did the job for the price. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Both sides curved to the middle and it was rock hard. The walls were paper thin so we could hear full on conversation as well as phone notifications from the next room. Breakfast was nowhere near as good as the fairfield inns but it was free. I would stay if the price remained the same but would probably try somewhere else next time. I saw they were renovating so maybe things will change. I usually stay at the Fairfield Inn Portland Airport just a few mins away but thought I'd switch it up and try hampton inn for the first time.
