Wonderful staff and hospitality - I hadn't been to property in years and they were in the midst of what I understand is very long renovations - however, it didn't impact my room experience or dining or outdoor pool. I was surprised at the last minute rush of new visitors over the July 4th weekend so it was suddenly very crowded in this Adult Bar/lounge/Lobby undergoing renovations, and Pool, but still manageable. The staff was superlative and Shira and Aliah at the Lounge/Bar were exceptional in their service. I'd love to return at another time and by then full renovations complete.

Nice room, clean but somewhat tired, could use better lighting. Staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. Main dining room was being renovated, so options and service were limited for breakfast. If you want a bottle of wine for the room, take a ride down Route 1 and find a liquor store. Wine at the hotel bar was marked up 300%. Overall, I gave it 4 stars, but I expected more from a Westin property.
