First off, I booked through the app for a king suite, once I got the room it was a queen standard room. I went to ask why I didn’t have a suite. Was told they don’t have suites. I was told that I booked through a third party, which was why I was mislead. I don’t know why it showed me pics of a suite, let me book a suite,then I didn't get a room no where near what I booked. I’m highly disappointed because was expecting a room with space and not be all cramped in a room. I’m hoping that I can be reimbursed some of what I paid, or get a credit for being duped into booking a suite but getting nothing close to what I thought I was getting. Is this what hotels.com does? Show pics of any rooms for that brand, but not that particular hotel? I’m hoping someone answers this or reaches out to me about this.
