Staying for family member in hospital, was very accommodating to extend my stay for 2 additional nights. Room was cleaned and used towels replaced each day. Continental breakfast very nice. Only complaint…family at hospital tried to reach me by my cell, which volume was off, so they called front desk gave room number, name, etc and asked to be connected to room but was refused, multiple times. Asked for them to call the room and give message, if no answer do a security check (this was during very early morning hours). Only after my husband threatened to send police there did the front desk call the room and wake me with message to call hospital. I thought if you knew the room number and name you were supposed to be connected?
