It was the worst experience ever! We have never had a problem checking in when it was under old management!!! The lady in the front was rude! Had zero personality and wasn't friendly at all!!!! The room was dirty? Bathroom mirror had water spots and toothpaste on it. There was water around the sink, floors didn't seem to be swept. Only decent thing was they left complimentary soap, but they did the same thing under old management. We will be looking for another hotel to stay in when we go back to Lawton Ok.

다소 노후된 건물이여서 좀 걱정 했지만 편안하게 잘 쉬고 체크아웃 했어요. 오래된 숙소라 방까지의 동선 및 카드키 사용법이 다소 불편했어요. 무거운 짐을 들고 2층방까지 가기에 계단도 협소하였습니다. 개선해야 될 부분인것 같아요. 겨울이라 수영장은 사용 안했어요. 아침식사 메뉴는 다양하지는 않았지만 기본에 충실한 메뉴 였으며 맛있었어요. 직원들이 매우 친절하셔서 인상에 남는 숙소였습니다.

The Hotel was egregiously misrepresented! When the room was booked, free breakfast was advertised, only to be told upon checking in that there would be a charge of $9.50, which I was totally surprised. I requested a room change after my first night because there were plumbing issues ( Tub drain stoppage), only to encounter those same issues again in the newly assigned room. It was the lavatory sink this time. I was totally dissatisfied! I would not ever book a room at this hotel, if I ever return to Lawton, OK, and wouldn't recommend it to any one else either.

I called before I even made the reservation and asked if they had a heated indoor pool and if it was open and working because that was the only reason for staying there and they said yes.I get there and it’s not working. The pool is ice cold. I asked one of the employees they said they would go turn it on and I come back and it says pool closed. I bring it up the lady behind the counter and she says yeah it happen very rude like.

When I booked the room online the descriptions included free breakfast, when we arrived to check in we were informed that breakfast was $9.89 and after showing the employee at check-in the reservation showing free breakfast we were then informed to speak with the Manager in the AM! Not a big deal it’s just the point don’t include free breakfast then on arrival say the rules were just changed the day prior! Ok whatever!

We canceled our room before we even stayed. Terrible facilities. Bugs on the floor and in the sink. Stained sheets. Musty smell in rooms. Sink wouldn’t drain. Door looked like it had been tried to break into. Hard to find, no sign that was lit up in the dark. Very nice front desk staff that helped us cancel and ensured we get our money back.

I did not sleep in this hotel at all. Room was far to what I expected and I was welcome by a huge cockroach which I have extreme fobia of. I booked another hotel 10 minutes after we arrived to this location and left. Never again.
