Worst hotel ever
I stayed 3+3+10 nights. Comments from employee “ in this hotel they improve/repair anything, because all the owner cares is to make more money”, another one “There was an upset customer, so we gave him the room assigned to you”. First 6 nights I paid for a double room & the other 10 for a deluxe room and they gave me the same type of room. I will give this hotel 2 1/2 stars at the most. Weak internet, very basic breakfast, awful windows - not sound proof and you could feel the cold air going through all day, no sleepers, nor robes in the room; no coffee machine in the room. They don't offer room service; TV channels only in Spanish. Check in is at 03:00 pm, but I didn’t get my room until 06:00 pm. Twice my room was not clean and it was 05:30 pm. Twice between 06:00 - 08:00 pm there was no employee at the front desk for around 20 minutes, which meant that anyone could walk into the hotel (big security gap). The elevator is old and tiny, most people have to take the stairs up to 9 floors. There are plenty of options in Buenos Aires, this is the worst!
