The property I gave a good rating, it was clean, the pool was clean, etc.
Check in I gave a low rating.
I booked a 2 queen bed room, arrived went to the room and it was a 1 bed room.
Went back to the front desk, I showed her my reservation that it said 2 queen room.
She looked and her side on her computer said 1, and started asking me questions if I changed or made any changes like I was lying.
She made a few phone calls and informed me her side showed 1 bed and I wouldn’t have got a 2 bed for the price I paid.
I informed her I used key cash also to book it.
She said she would move us but I had to pay $10 more, or I could call hotels.com.
We were tired and I was frustrated so I paid it and chalked it up.
The property is ok, I would suggest calling to make sure you get what you pay for.
Id prolly stay somewhere else next time for the way I was treated.
