Nice, large rooms. Breakfast was so-so.

Curtains had holes in them. Comforters had a rip in it. Front desk staff was wearing lounge pants and a tshirt. Comfort in has always been my hotel of choice when traveling. They’re now just as run down and mismanaged as all the rest. Disappointed overall

There’s a train track right next to the hotel. Don’t expect a quiet place to sleep. The place doesn’t feel very safe. Back door doesn’t lock. I won’t stay there again.

For an older Property, it’s well maintained and the staff was very helpful and professional. The breakfast attendant was very helpful & friendly and the breakfast itself was great! I look forward to staying at the Hotel again!

It was a really enjoyable stay. Can't wait to book my next stay.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The shower had glass doors which only opened one way and when you reached in to turn on the water, the water hits you in the face! Water also sprayed all over the floor. The fan in our room was also very loud. Breakfast was OK.
真实点评

4/10 一般

The staff was helpful. However the room and the Comfort Inn is in needs of remodeling. Smoking is allowed in the rooms and the residue cigarette smells continue to linger. I would not stay at that Comfort Inn again.

2/10 较差

We got there and we're expecting a nice Comfort inn. Part of the problem was I probably should have read some of the previous reviews because it has gotten horrible reviews recently. The property is very outdated And dingy looking. The floors were not cleaned. And the pool has been broken for over 3 months. The next morning the breakfast was very limited and not well stocked. We were scheduled to stay two nights but literally just slept there and went to a different hotel the next day
真实点评

2/10 较差

The place was very run down. The pool was out of service. The place seemed decently clean and the beds were comfortable. It was close the the location where we needed to go so that was convenient. Breakfast only had one bagel and no fruit by 845 am, but they close at 9 am, so maybe that is to be expected. Very reasonable price. You get what you pay for.

The pool was out of service. The laundry was out of service. A large black truck was parked under the loading area the entire weekend when the elderly could have used that area to unload. The room smelled like dog. There was a very nice night staff man who got us towels he was great.

Well the staff was nice. The shower floor felt like I was going to fall in. The toilet moves when you sit on it and there was a dip in the bed.
