The rooms were clean and neat, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Our family of 4 stayed there comfortably. The subway line was very close and the area was clean and quiet. A comfortable, functional, and simple hotel with ample beds for larger parties (one of many reasons to pick Sakura Crossing this trip) Shower head was good and powerful, toilet was clean and comfortable. We find the bed situation to be very good (our kids slept well, wife and I got enough rest) I didn’t need to contact any staff members, checking and checkout was self-explanatory and direct. Wish there were elevators, we managed well so far but if a limited mobility individual, not capable to navigate narrow stairs with weight, this is not your hotel. I love the location, calm neighborhood with easy metro access. Also convenient for stores, restaurants, etc. I will highly recommend it for someone looking a good deal, with several beds, while staying in Tokyo!

This hotel was humbling, because after walking all day walking up another 4 flights of stairs will definitely work you. Love how the train station, 7-11, laundry mat was so close by. The staff was friendly. Would recommend for small families!

Our room was very clean and although small it did accommodate 5 people with 2 queen size beds and a twin bunkbeds. The a/c was great in maintaining the space cold. The shower pressure was also great with really hot water. It was a very easy process to check in and out. I will advise that there is NO elevator and our room was on the 5th floor. Carrying full size luggage and carryons 5 flights is definitely a workout that we did not consider beforehand. I will say that the attendants were extremely helpful and kind as they offered to help us with our luggage.

Check in and check out from the hotel was incredibly easy. It was located in an excellent spot, super close walk to Shin-Okachimachi station or a bit of a longer walk to Okachimachi. The staff were incredibly polite, and the room was clean and comfortable! We really enjoyed staying here for our honeymoon! Good price for a good stay.
