We had the most wonderful time for a girls weekend. We enjoyed the food all of the amenities and the staff was all lovely. We did, however have a really strange interaction with someone in the hot tub last night. Her name was Meghan was maybe mid 40s or 50s and had really short hair. She claimed to be a staff member of the spa and was just enjoying the amenities in the hot tub with us. She admitted that she wasn’t staying on the premises and lived about 10 minutes away. While in the hot tub with us, She was texting on her phone that we could see due to the large font inappropriate messages to multiple men and was taking pictures of herself and sending them as well. We aren’t sure if she was being truthful about actually being a staff member because we felt that if she worked for the hotel, she wouldn’t have behaved that way. Her conversation was also very anxious and erratic. We just wanted to let you know that in case it was someone that was just sneaking into use the hot tub. She was actually there the night before in the hot tub as well but we didn’t talk to her then. Otherwise it was a wonderful weekend and we will definitely be back!

Turned on the hot water and it was so hot it burned my hand. I'm glad that I did it and not my granddaughter. The pool it said 4ft and it wasn't that far intill it dropped off. Not happy at all with my stay. Never again.

Front desk staff non existent, toilet overflowed 5am, called 4x’s, shower not draining either. Finally maintenance came at 10am said something wrong in main plumbing, can’t unclog it. Opened a different room for us to shower in time for 11am check out. I so badly wanted to love this place.

The room was clean and the staff courteous. The property itself was beautiful and the hotel gym and pool were next level. Two things of note. I was disappointed I paid for one of the upgrade services just wine and chocolate being Valentine’s Day and it was never delivered to our room and the bathroom in our room was much smaller than I would have expected at such a premium location. Other than that it was a great location and I imagine it’s even more beautiful in the summer.

New rooms in palmers inn were very nicely renovated. My only complaint/suggestion is to move the TV in front of the bed. It is very uncomfortable to watch tv the whole time side ways. Neck gets uncomfortable. I’m not sure if all rooms are the same way but unfortunately the room we were given the tv was on the side of the bed which it’s my first time seeing this anywhere.

We come here specifically for the hot tubs and indoor outdoor pool. Such an amazing experience! Restaurant in Church landing was great. Short rib prepared perfectly! Only bad part is that you have to walk outside to get to the pool/hot tub if you rooms aren't adjacent to that area. Not a big deal tho!

Overnight stay for NYE. We had large room with a spacious bathroom, king bed with fireplace and a large balcony overlooking the lake. The view was gorgeous. The room was a little plain and slightly outdated. The carpets had stains and what looked like burn marks or something or the sort. There was also some trash left behind on our floor near the bed. The coffee in the room was terrible but they do offer coffee for free in the lobby. The bed was comfortable and there were extra pillows and a blanket which I always love. I guess the view and the pools/hot tubs were worth the cost but I’d say the room was so/so. We did also use the “adults only” pool which a father and his kids did come in and use while we were in there.
