I will definitely not stay in this hotel again. The facilities are dilapidated, the sheets are stained, the sewer is blocked, and the water is not draining smoothly. This is the worst hotel in Hilton.

The room was okay. Spacious, even. Why put bottled water in the room and charge $3 per bottle? That's just chintzy. Also, the pool was unavailable because of maintenance. The room was clean though.

The experience was not the greatest. The front desk staff was wonderful. The first room I was assigned to the room was dark and lights were broken. The staff changed me to another room and the thermostat was broken and the room was ice cold. Finally, after two tries the third room was perfect

The front desk staff was not efficient when addressing basic requests such as towels or room issues. Additionally, the hot water in my room did not work, and I had to switch rooms as a result. Overall, the hotel is in need of major upgrades—particularly the carpeting, walls, and interior spaces. The property would greatly benefit from a comprehensive renovation.

We were given a room on the main floor and had to be moved due to the strong marijuana smell which almost made me sick. At first, the service desk seemed to not believe us, stating it’s against the law to smoke in the hotel and they couldn’t move us but would spray the hallway. The second shift was more accommodating and we were then moved to the 3rd floor which was ok until the 2nd night when there was also a strong marijuana smell in the hallways. This was very uncomfortable and unacceptable.

We booked a stay at Hilton Boston/Dedham for Thanksgiving Day trip fora couple of nights. We checked in on a cold (low 30s F) Thanksgiving Day night and were given a room in which the thermostat was at 61degrees. Despite a prompt visit from “the buildings mechanic it did not improve. They booked us into a different. Better at 67 degrees but still cold because that thermostat did not work either and the bed did not have a warm comforter. The pleasant and polite staff canceled our reservation for the following night and we checked out and stayed at a different hotel in Waltham. This Hilton is in serious need of a refresh. We are going to try to get the second night refunded by Hotels.com.
