I booked this location because it was close to an event I was attending. On the day of my arrival, I tried calling the hotel several times before getting there, but no one answered. Eventually someone picked up the phone, but the call was immediately disconnected.
When I arrived at the hotel, I had to wait about 15 minutes at the front desk before an employee returned to assist with check-in. The front desk agent came from the back office and simply asked for my ID, handed me the room keys, and that was it. There was no greeting, no welcome, and no typical check-in interaction such as asking how my day was or if it was my first time staying at the hotel.
It was also not late at night, so I was surprised by the lack of staff presence and customer service. Based on my past experiences with Hilton properties, this interaction did not reflect the usual Hilton hospitality standard.
I hope management reviews their front desk service so future guests receive a more welcoming experience.
